What to expect in your consult?

The first step we have is a consult by phone and it typically takes about 15-20 minutes.

I will ask you a series of questions so I can better understand your needs and your skin’s needs. It’s an interactive process where I gather information.

Based on the information, I will come up with a blend for what product(s) you may need and run you through how to use your product(s) so you can confidently use it/them.

It’s not rocket science but many of my clients appreciate the tips and ideas I share in this process. I may make some additional suggestions for you if I feel it would be of benefit. 

I like to keep it simple and uncomplicated, and support you through the process of addressing your skincare needs.

Re-ordering

When it comes time to reorder your custom skincare, we can have a chat to see how it has gone for you and if needed I can adjust or tweak your blend.

The relationship does not just end once your custom skincare is made for you. It’s an ongoing service I offer.

Our skin and factors which affect its vitality

Our bodies have a difficult time, working hard to metabolise all the pollutants in our air, the radiation from our environment, having to cope with the added preservatives, colours & emulsifiers in our food, as well as packaged processed foods.

The topping on the cake is the extra burden and load on our hormones and our skin, our largest organ of the body, with the chemically laden products we put onto it daily.  Our skin absorbs everything we put onto it from haircare, hair colour, skincare and cosmetics.

A custom skincare consult fee is $30.

The consult fee is redeemable on the custom blended product that's made for you as a result of having your consult - which essentially makes your consult FREE.

The duration of a consult can be up to 30 minutes but typically takes 15-20 minutes.
